I came to Sierra Vista, Arizona from Taiwan (Formosa) in June 1977. My family and I have lived here ever since, except for 4 years in Germany while my husband was stationed there. Sierra Vista is our home. We enjoy living here and love to drive through the scenic southwest, especially with its harmonious blend of ruggedness and beauty.
My first experience with real estate was when we purchased our first home. The transaction was unnecessarily poor and stressful. I knew I could do a better job, so I obtained my Real Estate Sales License in July 1987. Since then, I have helped many individuals and families by matching their needs and desires to the selection of homes and investment properties. I like to think I helped make their dreams come true.
I strive to keep my clients informed, and I involve myself personally by insuring the transaction moves smoothly and efficiently. After the transaction is complete, I still provide post-sale follow-up and service.
I have demonstrated success in the areas of Military relocation, re-sale homes, new home construction, real estate investments, raw land, and IRS 1031 Exchanges. Regarding the relocation of military families, I understand thoroughly the PCS (permanent change of station) process, so I am especially helpful and caring.
I focus primarily within the cities of Sierra Vista, Hereford (Palominas), and Huachuca City (Whetstone). I will assist you in locating a knowledgeable real estate agent in other cities and towns in Arizona, as well as throughout the United States.
